Refactor/overhaul my settings page to not use material-ui grid

The my settings page is currently the only screen/component that utilizes material-ui's grid system. Not a high priority at the moment, but reworking it to not incorporate material-ui's grid to better fit in with the rest of the portal would be ideal.
