Regions such as GB-ENG and ES-MD are missing

I need access to regions such as GB-ENG and ES-MD for a specific scenario, but I’m currently not seeing these regions available. I’d appreciate any help with this.

the thing is that GB is considered a country, but also ENG, so what i see in this data that Eng, scot, irland and wales does not exist neither as countries not as regions.
you can propose a good fix for this and make a pull request!
