[node] [dapp-high-roller] ProposeVirtualInstall doesn't work as expected

Branches used:
Monorepo: alon/post-message-to-mm
MetaMask: alon/cf-rfc-middleware

What I am doing:

• Starting simple-hub-server and WalletUI
• Using MM extension along with WalletUI to create a new account.
• Start High Roller Bot and Dapp High Roller
• Get to Wager screen in High Roller and click Play

Expected Behavior:
The Hub/Bot respond to the proposeVirtualInstallEvent and a High Roller game is started.

Actual Behavior:
The Hub/Bot don't respond. I don't see any errors or logs, not in the Hub terminal or the Bot terminal.

I'm closing this - it's not a bug. Feature was never implemented on the Wallet UI.

Reopening, bots at least should work.
