CSS: Missing Latest Features

Hi,

Some of the latest additions to CSS are missing such as the :has selector, clamp and min functions, system-ui as a property value, and dozens of CSS units.

I would like to help in adding them as I want to contribute to this project. Do you prefer I create a single pull request to add them all, or should each category have its own pull request (ex: 1 pull request for CSS Units, 1 pull request for CSS functions, etc.)?

I prefer a single pull request for just updating a single syntax definition.

I found more CSS units and property values that I can add. Examples are below:

Units: ch, lh, and rlh
Values: flex, grid, span and wrap.

I will submit a pull request and reference this discussion for more details.
