I want to change the transaction signature and verification algorithm.

I want to implement Dilithium Algorithm in cosmos to generate keys and use that algorithm in transaction signing and verification. The aim is to give cosmos a PQC algorithm. However, I am overwhelmed by the files in crypto. How should the algorithm be changed. Any workflow or mention of files that need to be changed would be a great help.
