在一些基于格的签名算法中，比如Bonsai签名方案，随机生成一个n*m矩阵A作为公钥，其生成的格的短基S作为私钥，具体私钥是怎么生成的。
是不是我的理解有误，是先有短基S再基于短基S形成矩阵A吗？
