Participant registration shows openMatchRequest

As a pupil, I can register for courses and for one-on-one-tutoring. Currently, when I register only for courses I am still able to see the tab "Zuordnung" which can be misleading. In particular, it shows an open match request which I never wanted. Hence, the following should be done.

• Tab "Zuordnung" should not de displayed for participants which are not registered for one-on-one-tutoring

The "automatic first match" stuff would actually be backend stuff. But I don't think that we need to change this in the backend at all, because participants (that really only registered for courses) will never get a match, independent of what their internal "automatic first match" status is.

So the task here is to hide the "Zuordnung" tab in case of a participant. This way we will hide the internal match status information from the user. So it's really just a frontend issue.
The question that then arises: Do we need to add an option to add a tutee role to a participant? (similar to the tutor/instructor equivalent, see https://github.com/corona-school/project-user/issues/117)

The option to add a tutoring role would be a good idea. However, we should also think about the different roles and how to seperate them better in the future.

Unfortunately I don't get any information from the backend at the moment whether the pupil has registered for courses or for 1-1 tutoring.
