Desired Feature

The possibility to resume an aborted/interrupted download of an image, either by default or via an optional command line argument such as --resume.

Caused by:
    0: request or response body error: error reading a body from connection: Connection reset by peer (os error 104)

coreos-installer download -p qemu -f qcow2.xz --decompress  11,39s user 1,70s system 3% cpu 6:59,20 total

I'm trying to do some development tethered to my phone in a foreign country, but setting things up means gigabytes of download for the rust dep and then downloading an image... So it would be really appreciated if we could resume an aborted download to save some time and data plan 😁
