Dashboard folders prefer `path` over `id`

It seems like path is preferred over id. If you just set ID, it will produce drift in the diff. If you use path it seems to stop the drift.

  folder = {
    # id = coralogix_dashboards_folder.this.id
    path = coralogix_dashboards_folder.this.name
  }

on coralogix_dashboard type

I lie, it still produces a computed value on apply:

      ~ folder       = {
          ~ id   = "9f61495c-5b1f-4cc0-a694-3cf948d07b16" -> (known after apply)
            # (1 unchanged attribute hidden)
        }

Thats with the config above. I can't set both id and path, so this always produces diff values
