Re-introduce removed coralogix team resource

Description

We rely heavily on the Coralogix team resource to programmatically create and manage our Coralogix teams. With dozens of teams to manage, manual setup is not practical for our workflow, and the removal of this resource significantly complicates our processes.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if breaking changes such as this could be introduced in a major release, in accordance with semantic versioning standards. The recent removal has required us to manually pin to a previous patch release to maintain functionality.

We request that you re-introduce the coralogix-team resource, or provide an alternative solution to support automated team management.

Hi! Yes - we'll have to apologize for the abrupt removal, that's due to the underlying API actually not being able to handle "self service". We are also planning to replace some functionality (the quota moving) in a new resource.

The main issue with the API is that delete and create aren't actually each other's inverses, so running destroy and then apply will result in an error. That said, you can remain on the older versions until we have an appropriate replacement.

About the versioning, that's a fair point, so far we have continued the way it was done before, which meant that minor versions will add breaking changes.

What version of the provider can we pin to keep being able to create teams?

We're currently pinned at v2.1.0, and while the resource seems to be created in the state, from what I can tell there is no team being created in Coralogix.
