Additional Staking Utilities

Backpack supports merging up to 2 stake accounts but I want more utilities. Not sure where else to put this but this is a feature request for

1. Merging multiple stake accounts, accomplished via multiple merge instructions with a common final stake account
2. Partial unstake via split stake + unstake
