Time delay send gives weird results

I set a time delay for my messages, but since the last update sometimes it won't show up, or it will go straight to the "sent to X/Y relays" progress bar, or it will count down from 0 to -1, -2, -3, etc...

This doesn't seem to have affected the underlying behavior of the time delay, just what's shown on the UI.

Also "feature request": Canceling the time delay should send the message back to "edit draft" mode -- right now it just nukes the whole thing.
