Editor issues

• If you enter inline code that's too wide, the editor scrolls horizontally
• If you backspace into an inline code block it's hard to escape, and sometimes it deletes the whole block
• On mobile, mentions get in a weird state and end up repeated.
• Repeating text with futo keyboard
