GeoJSON isochrones don't lineup with Gridualizer steps

The interpolation algorithms in jsolines (https://github.com/conveyal/jsolines/blob/master/index.js#L278) may be different than the ones in Gridualizer (https://github.com/conveyal/gridualizer/blob/dev/lib/interpolators/bicubic.js).
