fix: embed release builds directly in release-please workflow

Move all release build steps into release-please.yml to work around
GitHub Actions limitation where GITHUB_TOKEN cannot trigger other
workflows.

Changes:
- Add build-linux, build-macos jobs for cross-compilation
- Add upload-assets job to create tar.gz archives and upload to release
- Add build-docker job for multi-arch Docker images
- Remove separate release.yml workflow (no longer needed)

All jobs run when release-please creates a release, ensuring assets
are uploaded without requiring workflow_dispatch or manual triggers.
