Rename to podman model-runner

Now that docker has created their model-runner and allow to run LLMs via simple docker model command. Would it be reasonable to merge this project with podman as an extension?

I'm not a big fan of the name lamarama either but that's just my personal preference (association with meta)

Now that docker copied RamaLama we should copy docker back is the query 😊

I think the way it is... Is fine personally but happy to have the discussion... We have an ollama-like CLI, I'm ok with that.

Since Docker Desktop added support not Docker. Not interested.
Docker Desktop is not supporting running AI Models in containers, as I understand it, RamaLama is running AI In containers, that is the focus.

RamaLama is tied quite heavily to llama.cpp, which I suppose came from the llamaX name, but since llama was one of the first heavily promoted Open Source models, I don't think the name matters much.
