Can't run compose file

Im trying to run this command podman-compose -f docker/compose-db.yml down,
but getting this error:

Ik this is related to #1109
but, couldnt find any workaround.

Im on arch linux:

podman-compose version 1.3.0
podman version 5.4.0

any help is appreciated.

It seems podman compose only wants an absolute path to the yaml instead of a relative path.
