Using nerdctl in kubernetes, resulting in network error

I am using nerdctl in worker node, work looks all good. And i found kubernetes network error. the error message is "Readiness probe failed: calico/node is not ready: BIRD is not ready: Error querying BIRD: unable to connect to BIRDv4 socket: dial unix /var/run/calico/bird.ctl: connect: connection refused'.
and I delete the network card and go back fine.
So should I run another operation to make sure the cluster is good ?
