How can I run this project on PC?

Hello,
I am actually looking for ways to store RETS data into elastic search. I came across this project and want to test it out. How can I run it on Windows?

Also, is there an explanation how will the data be stored in the elastic search?

However, I've never run this on a PC, and I think this beat is out of date with the latest Beats releases. Time allowing, I'll do some refreshing and let you know in here, otherwise feel free to fiddle with it.
