Redirect Manager UI not refreshed after edit/create

Hi,
Recently installed Redirects and noticed that after adding/editing or deleting any redirects the ui does not refresh itself and need to close and reopen Redirect Manager. Buttons at the bottom of window are also glitchy. When clicking on right bottom of window (should it be refresh icon there?) i get an error in console about jquery.

Hi, yeah, I know about that. It depends on what version of Sitecore you're using. this UX code (Sheer) is very very old and won't be supported for too much longer. if you close and re-open the app the error will likely disappear.
