Fix Colors on all Maps

Colors should be different for:
- School Closures that had closure and reopening dates given
- Closures that had assumed reopening dates given a closure date

Purple for school closures that had both closing and reopening given.
Gray that closures that have an inferred reopening date.
Yellow/Orange (TBD get confirmation from the team before launch)
