Issues will pulling the latest version of Nuget Package

Just a few days back a new version (RC) of the nuget was released. We are facing issues after that new release. So our artifactory is trying a GET on https://api.nuget.org/v3/registration5-gz-semver2/librdkafka.redist/page/1.2.0-RC1b/1.9.0-RC2b.json but this does not exist. Rather a lower case version of this URL exists https://api.nuget.org/v3/registration5-gz-semver2/librdkafka.redist/page/1.2.0-rc1b/1.9.0-rc2b.json. Can someone please help with what could be wrong here.
