[ENH] - Refactor `jupyterlab-conda-store` to be a simple iframe of the existing UI

Feature description

This issue is to track work refactoring jupyterlab-conda-store to make it a simple iframe of the existing conda-store UI, with cross-iframe messages and URL query parameters for communication and customization.

@krassowski @gabalafou We've talked about this before in passing but I wanted to start the discussion publicly here.

Value and/or benefit

A refactor of jupyterlab-conda-store would improve the maintainability of this package; see for example #64 which recently broke jupyterlab-conda-store.
