Download grayskull pypi mapping on first run / periodically #141
Description
conda-pypi has a hardcoded conda::pypi name mapping.
It should be fetched on demand instead.
We need to decide if grayskull is the right source; there are several such mappings.
In whl2conda, pyproject.toml can also be used to customize the conda dependencies.
