Double search issue in file picker component on file folder select #55

I mentioned this in the previous github issue, but you can probably reproduce it better now that things are working.
I don't think this is a double search issue when you first come into the picker component. I think it's when you select a file folder. In my tests searching and pagination work great and are very quick, but when you choose a file folder to upload into, the search results reload. This is jarring, and makes me think that the results have reset. I don't think they actually are, but I don't think we need to refresh the results of the search when you change the file folder.
