File prefix #11
Description
I'm migrating from 5.6.4.0 to 5.7.5.13 and when I export a batch and download the files I end up with a zip archive. I can't upload the zip archive to the import side of 5.7.5.13 but have to unpack it and rename all the files to remove a prefix like '131412872960_' or the importer will error and say 'can't find file resource'. Is that how this is supposed to work or is there a way to get the export to not insert the file prefix?
