Shipping method listed without radio button

The shipping method appears, but there is no radio button shown so user is unable to make a selection. This only happens for orders that are configured to show the EasyPost shipping method. The community store built-in shipping methods work correctly.

Any suggestions as to what I might have done or what I can do to fix this?

I'm not sure if this is wrong - that looks like Easypost hasn't returned any shipping options for you to actually select.
Make sure you've got your origin address dialled in correctly, and that you use a real address for testing.
