Shipping rates for Canada do not work.

Canada uses a complex calculation of length, width, height and weight. All four of these need to be submitted to EasyPost for a proper calculation. But it does not seem as though they are. Changing the dimensions makes no difference to the wildly incorrect rate that is being returned. I did contact EasyPost customer support and the amount they get is accurate when they run the numbers I give them through their system. So the problem is with this app not sending the proper info.

We're using this live with UPS for some quite reliable rates.

You could try adding to a spot like

dd($parcel_sizes);

to get it to output what it's actually sending to EasyPost.

My first guess would be that the units could be mixed up.

I'm just not good enough with php to figure out what I've done wrong. I tried putting that line where you suggested and the spinner keeps spinning and I don't get a rate coming back.

I should add also that I don't think Canada Past cares the order of the sizes that are entered. It really doesn't matter what package sizes I put in it always gives the same rate. But strangely enough, If I use lbs and inches I get a really high rate. If I use cm an kg I get a closer rate.

I should have given a few more instructions.
With that debug line in place, you'll need to look in your browser's developer console, in the network tab, for the request that fetches the shipping. If you click on that request, and then look at the response or preview, it should display the output of the debugging.

Failing that, is this a site that is somewhere I could take a look at?

I'm surprised this is working for others because it does not matter what dimensions I use, I alway see the same results.
I've tried changing to imperial or metric and changed all the dimensions in the product page, but notheing makes a difference. I should be up to date because I reinstalled EasyPost only a few days ago.
