Add consistency checks

When it comes time to deploy this on a dataset, would be great to have the ability to run some quick quality checks to ensure the expected structure of the conversion tools matches previous observations

E.g., short hand experiment names like "Manish" to be mapped onto the full names, checking consistency of odor types, etc.
