Audacity is a popular, free, and open-source audio editor available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
It provides essential audio editing and recording features for music production, podcasts, and voice-over work.
Audacity supports major audio formats, third-party plugins (like VST3 and Nyquist), and includes a [spectrogram view] for visualizing frequencies.

It needs a desktop environment to run, so don´t know if this is possible. It´s possible to run this in a docker container with a containerized desktop environment accessible via web. Link to Example below. Would love to get rid of the docker layer and run it straight in a LXC.

This is not really possible as lxc tbh, this is just to much hassle if it needs a desktop.
