The standard repo is still on 1.30
If you want the new 2.0 you need to change /etc/apt/sources.list.d/syncthing.list
deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/syncthing-archive-keyring.gpg] https://apt.syncthing.net/ syncthing stable
to:
deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/syncthing-archive-keyring.gpg] https://apt.syncthing.net/ syncthing stable-v2
