Nginx Proxy Manager Script Error

Hello,
I am getting an error while updating or when I try to install Nginx Proxy Manager on my Proxmox LXC container. It gets errror out on Setting up Environment: [ERROR] in line 102: exit code 0: while executing command return 1
Now my Nginx Proxy Manager is not working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
