Documenso, Documents stay on hold, even after signing

The documents remain on hold, even if everything is signed.
I've only modified the ".env" file enough to send the emails via SMTP.
Do I need to configure anything else for this to work?
The web interface shows that the recipient has signed, but you can't download the document (it's still grayed out), and it's still listed as pending.

Have you asked in documenso Repo? I dont use this function, i only Test the default functions 🥴
