Add flag to update script to run silent

I would like to be able to run the update script with ansible, but the script fails because it requires a selection at the initial menu. Can a flag be added to automatically make a selection and begin the update?

Uswr would just forget about it, and when there are breaking changes, the update would just fail and we get flooded with issues. And we just dont want to support this.
