Keep version of Zabbix to latest stable and not pre-release

The current Zabbix install script uses Zabbix 7.4 which is still in the pre-release stage.

Would it not be preferred to use the latest stable release instead ?

@MickLesk the current release crawl is not aware if some version is "pre-release" as Zabbix just makes it a directory on download page like every other version.

No matter how you do it with the script, someone always complains ^^ Since they don't have proper version maintenance, you can otherwise only make fixed values, which I don't feel like doing

But the file downloaded is in the official "released" not in the "unstable" section

@styxadmin they have a very bad release system. Every version is a directory with version as its name. Inside it there are 2 directories, release and unstable.

We are basicaly installing the stable version, its just that they still call it pre-release. I don't think you should have issues

Thank you, what triggered this discussion was the lack of an agent for the 7.4 branch. I hope Zabbix will eventually streamline their installation process as well
