Container Creation Failed

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here but no matter what helper script I choose I'm getting this error. This on is specifically from the pi-hole script.

  ✖️  Container creation failed. Checking if template is corrupted.
bash: line 280: TEMPLATE_PATH: unbound variable
  ✖️  Template appears to be corrupted. Removing and re-downloading.
bash: line 282: TEMPLATE_PATH: unbound variable

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running pimox on Raspberry Pi 4b 8GB. It's been added to my proxmox cluster which is composed of AMD64 architecture. So this Pi 4 is the only ARM64 device in my cluster. I am running the install script from the shell of the pimox system.

This ended up in the wrong version of helper scripts. Sorry for wasting time.

I have experienced the same issue. I am creating a container from a Pimox Community Script and I run into the same error. I have an NFS share on a Synology NAS for storage. I know my NFS settings are correct as I have a second for backups and that works as it should.

So I have tried a number of things to create the lxc, storing the container on the NFS share and many times I ran into this error. I used Default Settings and Custom, I tried Privileged and Unprivileged and always the same.

The clue was there along, TEMPLATE_PATH, looking at the word template. So I tried again and when the script asked for storage locations I selected local for the CONTIANER TEMPLATE and I selected the NFS share for the CONTIANER.

Following this I have been able to create the lxc using the NFS share.

If this helps anyone else thats great.

But, can anyone think why the TEMPLATE has a problem with the NFS?

Just thought I am going to create a separate share and set that up in Proxmox for templates only, worth a shot I guess.
