Add script to allow changes/modifications like adding ssh keys and apt-cache after containers are already made.

I took the Update-Repo script and modified it to fit what i needed which was running a remote command to all my machines but im not a good coder. Having a script that can edit container settings after the container has already been made in bulk would be awesome as i recently had my ssh key change (new OS) and i needed to add it to all the existing containers at once.
