Website - add OS details

There are scripts that require a certain OS to work (e.g. Tailscale needs Debian 12 - #2629). When browsing the website, it would be helpful to see what OS/distro each script will use.

Also, I'd image that this feature would go hand in hand with adding tags to the website (#220).
