LubeLogger possible data loss with upgrade to latest

Hello!

I ran the 'update' command on my LubeLogger instance today, and once the container had updated it appears that the data has been wiped. I reached out to the LubeLogger community and the maintainer advised the following:

I'm not familiar with LXC, but I can think of one possibility where data can be erased. When the archive of the new version is being unzipped, it is deleting folders that are not in the archive.

The following files and folders are created on runtime and hence won't be in the archive:

config\UserConfig.json
data\cartracker.db
wwwroot\images
wwwroot\documents
wwwroot\translations
If the script is deleting those folders, that would probably explain it.

The Main Installation is in /opt. Do an Backup and try it. I dont use this Script.

Okay there are the 3 folders. I check the source and Backup These Files before

hmm ok. Not sure what happened then. I ended up restoring from 12/29, exporting a backup from within LubeLogger, creating a new instance and importing from the backup, and then doing some (hopefully correct 🤣) math to add the missing record. Thanks for looking into it.
