[?/Product] The future of the `examples/` folder.

2020Q1 Product Roadmap: DevEx: Devs who attended a workshop have the tools to build their COMIT App.

As part of the product roadmap we need to improve devex and as part of the community effort we need to be able to run workshops and demos.

However, at this stage we are prioritising Documentation over working examples.

Once first step that nonetheless need to be done is to separate concerns between:

1. Examples to code a COMIT App
2. Examples to run demos

As many times in the past there were friction to evolves examples for one use case at the deterioration of the other use case.
