How to Template and Join Group Nodes

Does anyone know of a solution what a group of nodes can be defined as a template as a single function and several templates can be combined and executed as a single workflow?

ComfyUI is 'template' (nodes) solution by itself.

You can make ANY node (template) what you want - you can make entire workflow as one node. No problem.

I am wondering if it is possible to save a group of functions as a template (Function_A_Workflow.json, Function_B_Workflow.json) and then dynamically combine multiple function combinations (Workflow_A + Workflow_B => Combine_Workflow) at run time.
We are thinking of converting this into a JSON file to be passed to the ComfyUI API for execution.
In this case, there are issues such as node ID numbering and ID references between nodes, and I was just checking to see if such efforts have already been done.
Rather than a ComfyUI solution, perhaps we should consider control on the side that calls it.
