Add fedora manual install instructions to documentation

This issue was raised previously, and the documentation should be edited.
Previous issue:

It should have a section for fedora with updated commands.

conda create -n comfyenv
should be
conda create -n "comfyenv" python=3.12
also run this after creating the environment.
pip install pyyaml
