Intention matters. That's because it has no meaning other than showing the currently selected local file in the workflow. If the image in the workflow isn't going to be used, whether it's a blank or not, you'll have to select a new image anyway. The difference is that, in the case of a blank or a file that doesn't exist locally, an error occurs, so ît can't be executed immediately - you must select a new one |

I understand that logic, ltdrdata. I think I did find a way opening ComfyUI's "input" folder. I was familiar with the "Output" but never ever looked in "input!" Those inputs images remain in there, I guess, forever.(?) So, if I delete them, nothing shows next time I open ComfyUI. Thus, a choice we can make. I thought maybe there was a node I didn't know of that cleared images but this works just fine. I do want to thank you and all the other contributors for doing so much work on the system. And also the workflow authors. I'm slowly getting educated on "this connects to this" with videos but still have a long way . . . |

I've searched around for an appropriate term to no avail so let me explain my question:
You open a workflow which includes a Load Image node. You input a photo and run your task. You close Comfyui for the night. The next session, you open the same workflow and the previous image input is still visible. Extending the question to generated images could also apply.
Is there a way or node that will clear a workflow to blank input/output for the next session?
