rails test results in sprockets error #86

Expected behavior

Running rails test or bundle exec rails test to run tests.

Actual behavior

A sprockets error is generated:

/Users/someuser/.rvm/rubies/ruby-2.5.1/lib/ruby/gems/2.5.0/gems/sprockets-rails-3.2.1/lib/sprockets/railtie.rb:105:in `block in <class:Railtie>': Expected to find a manifest file in `app/assets/config/manifest.js` (Sprockets::Railtie::ManifestNeededError)
But did not, please create this file and use it to link any assets that need
to be rendered by your app:

Example:
  //= link_tree ../images
  //= link_directory ../javascripts .js
  //= link_directory ../stylesheets .css
and restart your server

Steps to reproduce

  1. Clone the repository and cd into it
  2. Run gem install bundler
  3. Run bundle install
  4. Run bundle exec rails test

System configuration

Rails version: 5.2.3

CMS version: n/a

Ruby version: 2.5.1p57
