How to create a synthetic KITTI dataset?

Hello guys,

I want to create a synthetic KITTI dataset with this repo. I need only some instructions to follow the process. 

I've read the article here (https://www.collabora.com/news-and-blog/blog/2023/04/05/carlafox-towards-reliable-open-source-3d-perception/), but need some more insights how to create the dataset after my wanted settings (e.g. 128 instead of 64 LiDAR layers etc.)
