Fix customer display on order list page

Currently, in the order list the customer column is displayed as toString(),

need to think what is appropriate for display?

Possible just a concatenation of customer first name plus their lastname.

Then that raises a possible question of do we need to send whole customer object over to the front end? ⚠️
