Thank you for sharing this great project! I really appreciate the effort you've put into it.

I was wondering if you might consider sharing the repository for collecting BugsInPy information, similar to https://github.com/coinse/autofl_defects4j_data. It would be extremely helpful for understanding and reproducing the data collection process.

Of course, I completely understand if there are any reasons for not sharing it, and I appreciate any insights you can provide.

Yes, I think it would be best to share that script as well, but it will probably require some work. I will take a look at it and get back to you. I should note that it is soon Lunar New Year here in Korea, and I am in the process of moving, so getting this done might take some time. Feel free to ping me again in February or March if you feel the need.

I wanted to follow up on the BugsInPy data collection script that we previously discussed. As I work on reproducing the data, I have encountered some issues and was hoping to get your insights.

Specifically, I noticed something with black_1. The error message in failing_tests (https://github.com/coinse/autofl/blob/main/data/bugsinpy/black_1/failing_tests) indicates ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_black_version', which suggests that this bug might not have been successfully reproduced, but rather failed due to an environment issue. When I tried to reproduce it, I obtained a similar error message. Additionally, I found that the coverage information generated by bugsinpy-coverage was quite limited:

bugsinpy-coverage -t tests.test_black.BlackTestCase.test_works_in_mono_process_only_environment
However, I noticed that snippet.json (https://github.com/coinse/autofl/blob/main/data/bugsinpy/black_1/snippet.json) contains many covered functions. This makes me wonder if I am missing something, leading to incomplete coverage results.

Would you be able to provide any guidance on this? I really appreciate any insights you can share. Also, if you have time, it would be great if you could share the script used for collecting coverage information, as it would help clarify the process.
