Discontinued Development?

I opened this #412 i.e. I'm afraid that this project will die.

Can anyone comment this?

I keep tabs on all the COIN-OR projects that have some user activity and try to pitch in with minor maintenance for projects that are still used but don't have a maintainer. For this project, @sebheger had been maintaining it, maybe he can say more. I have access to make updates here, but I don't have access to the project on Pypi. I agree it would be a shame if this is not maintained, it is a nice project. I think we'll manage to figure out something!
