Irreducible Infeasible Subsystem (IIS)

For investigating infeasibilities, it's absolutely crucial to create Irreducible Infeasible Subsystem (IIS), which is possible with Gurobi; see IIS:

• When I use CBC in Python-MIP, can I somehow create it? Is CBC in general able to do that?
• When I use Gurobi in Python-MIP, can I access the method to create it?
