Update cli-experiment to be able to fetch a JWT

As a developer looking for Auth0 client JWT examples
I wish to be able to have the cli-experiment example code use a user name and password with client ID and device secret to enable access to the mesh rather than the base JTK coming in on the CLI
In order that example code for using Auth0 is complete
